LABELLING CONSULTANCY
CADMION runs a department on food labelling control. Control is made under the existing legislation in order to prevent or correct possible errors, as well as to provide consultancy with respect to the information that must be indicated on the label.
OENOLOGICAL CONSULTANCY
CADMION’s oenological staff provides oenological consultancy to wineries.
R&D OF NEW PRODUCTS
CADMION provides integrated services for the research and development of new products, including chemical and microbiological analyses, shelf-life, sensory profiling and consumer survey.
